As the first in Illinois to adopt the Planetree model for healing environment design, Swedish Covenant was anything but a typical community hospital. But as its neighborhood on Chicago’s northwest side experienced dramatic growth, new residents knew nothing of the innovative care happening behind the hospital’s historic brick façade.
Swedish turned to Remedy for a comprehensive rebranding that would align external image and internal ingenuity. The new brand strategy positioned Swedish as a modern leader, bringing to market breakthroughs in technology and treatment sooner and more nimbly than larger competitors.
Delivered through a fresh voice, a bevy of non-traditional media, and generous use of yellow and blue, the rebranding put Swedish back into the local conversation—and brought in a groundswell of new patients.
