When your doctor isn’t available, urgent care is a convenient, quality option. The problem is, most people don’t know it. The Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA) came to Remedy to tackle this awareness issue.
We developed a campaign that featured simple, relatable scenarios for when to use urgent care. The combination of friendly illustrations and headlines helped demystify urgent care in an approachable and memorable way.
In addition, we created set of campaign tactics—print, direct mail, email—that UCAOA members could easily access online and customize to promote their individual centers.
